It is well known that while serving in the East Indies, The Colonel was exposed to many beautiful sites and that the air was 'Filled with Spices'! These heady exotic scents and spices from afar are blended with a light Ceylon tea to evoke the spirit of travel in all of us! This blend pairs nicely and indeed is best with a lively dish. We'll leave it to you to decide if we mean spicy curry or Ms. Marriane!
